Grecian Purveyor are true lovers of authentic Greek food and exquisite luxurious flavours, based in Sydney. Their main goal is to help Australians discover the true Greek cuisine and its foods, and indulge on premium, authentic and high-quality delicacies from all over Greece. Their products are imported directly from carefully selected traditional producers, that are passionate about natural and organic produce and share Grecian Purveyor’s philosophy and values.
William Dachris, CEO and Founder of Grecian Purveyor, reached out to us to work with them on an online solution, that would help him bring their exisiting brand and vision to life in the digital world and showcase their premium products and story. With a focus on keeping the minimalist and premium feel that Grecian Purveyor stands for, we designed and developed an e-Commerce store supported by Shopify, which provided Grecian Purveyor with a flexible, robust and scalable platform, that was simple to manage and provided their current and new customers with an premium and engaging user experience.
We worked closely with William to develop their unique e-Commerce store, focusing on creating an overall simple and efficient user experience with the high end feel that Grecian Purveyor’s brand and products required. We looked at all touch points from arrival to checkout and ongoing customer cycle and developed a conversion optimised e-Commerce website. To ensure consistency across all of these, we custom designed and developed all customer communications, from transactional emails to automated emails such as Welcome and Abandoned Cart.
Finally, to support their launch into market, we worked with Grecian Purveyor to ensure the website was SEO optimised, performing all the required keyword and competitor analysis to better understand the key areas that Grecian Purveyor should be know for and attract customers in. We then optimised all of the exisiting content and setup an SEM (Google Ad Words) strategy that would work in parallel with their socials to generate brand awareness, product interest and ultimately conversions (sales).
The end result is a optimised e-Commerce website ready for the future growth of Grecian Purveyor.
