A development project by Nivana Group, The Office Sutherland is a modern office space, in the heart of Sutherland, where productivity and sustainability go hand-in-hand. Designed by Environa Studio, The Office Sutherland brings premium and chic inner-city style to a growing commercial hub in the Sutherland Shire.
As part of Nivana Group’s new development project for The Office Sutherland, they required a high end and unique brand and digital solution that would bring their vision to life. With the development in early planning stages, Nivana Group reached out to SlickWeb to assist them with the development of the right brand identity for The Office Sutherland that would capture their vision of premium and sustainable office spaces. All of this complemented by a simple and sophisticated digital solution that showcase the development as it progresses and allow for visitors explore and express their interest in leasing a space.
We worked tirelessly with Daniel Gorgievski, CEO of Nivana Group, on the development of a new brand and website for The Office Sutherland that would make their new project standout and showcase the space, location and story behind the concept. The new brand identity and website were developed with a minimalistic and premium feel. We designed a simple monogram logo for The Office Sutherland’s identity, complemented by a visual element and a colour palleted composed of a variation of pastel greens and blues, that would bring the sustainability side of the new development across the brand and digital channels including website.
The digital solution was brought to life with a focus on simplified user journeys and conversions, creating an informative experience through the content with the end goal of engaging users to reach out for enquiries. Supported by Squarespace as the backend structure, we developed a robust and scalable solution that would allow Nivana Group to showcase their high end development in style and quickly update it as the development progresses and takes full form.
