Because parents don’t need to look like parents!
Arrived is a newly launched fashion label for parents, founded by Karen Entwistle, that stands out for their unique and sophisticated designs and products in the accessories world. With a vast experience in accessories industry as an Accessories Head of Buying and Design Manager in both London and Australia, Karen decided to venture on her own and so Arrived was born.
To help launch her new brand and product into the world, Karen required a robust online platform that would showcase her beautiful products whilst providing her customers with a sophisticated and engaging experience that would truly reflect the Arrived brand and the quality of their products.
We worked closely with Karen and the team to design and develop their unique eCommerce store. The new store aimed to showcase Arrived’s products in a seamless and engaging way, providing users with a high end journey through the products and what Arrived is all about.
Focusing on creating a simple and efficient user experience, we developed a conversion optimised eCommerce website, supported by Shopify, with the aim of providing users with a tailored journey through the content all the way through to checkout. To complete the full customer cycle and ensure consistency across all touch points, we custom designed and implemented all consumer communications, from transactional emails to the automated flows such as Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Thank You and Birthday emails.
The final result is a modern website that enhanced Arrived’s brand identity, capturing their essence and translating this into the digital world throughout every customer touchpoint.
